Careers
Guide founders and tech teams as they fund their innovation.
You talk to founders, finance and tech teams, understand their technology and their numbers, and turn them into the documents for their funding project.
Two ways into Zebra Embassy
Two roles work together on Zebra Embassy projects: tech consulting and consulting. Both involve writing and speaking German every day, so fluent German is essential.

Tech Consulting
You are the counterpart to our clients’ founders, CTOs and tech leads. You run the technical interviews, work out what the team is developing and where the technical risks lie, and describe the technology for funding applications and project reports.
Requirement: a degree in science or engineering. Industrial engineering counts.

Consulting
You lead the client relationship on the commercial side and run several projects in parallel. You check our clients’ data, such as payroll, absences and other funding, clarify questions with founders, finance and HR leads, and coordinate with their tax adviser.
Requirement: a completed university degree, ideally in a business-related subject such as business administration, economics, law or industrial engineering. Junior entry is possible.
€1,500 learning budget per year after your probation period, for training, coaching and certifications
30 days of holiday and flexible working hours
Work where you choose: Berlin, Grünwald near Munich or remote. We prefer Berlin or Munich, because both our hubs thrive on people being there
Urban Sports Club, ClassPass or the Edenred benefits card, one of the three, your choice
Childcare allowance of up to €150 per child per month
Company pension through salary conversion, with the statutory employer contribution
BahnCard 25 for first class
High-quality IT equipment and short decision paths
You apply for an open role through Personio, or send an open application by email. If your profile fits, there are three steps.
Step 1
A first video call: we tell you how we work, and you tell us what brings you to us.
Step 2
With a lead from your area, you work through a case study and solve a task.
Step 3
Finally, you talk to one of our founders and meet colleagues.

Then send us an open application. Tell us which of the two paths suits you and why.
